The Opportunity
Mindful Care is seeking a New Jersey state-licensed master's degree level Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide psychotherapy via telehealth. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can work in an active environment. Flexibility, ability to collaborate on a motivated team, excellent work ethic, and strong clinical skills are a must. Salary is highly competitive with a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Champion the Mindful Care brand to patients for their psychiatric needs and initiate relationships with referral sources within the market
- Conduct counseling/therapy sessions in either individual and/or group setting as well as mental health evaluation and concrete needs assessments.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions inside a uniquely structured model
- Provide services via telehealth and in person
- Participate in monthly supervision
- Provider clinical supervision to Master's Level Social Workers
- Participate in orientation and training of new staff
- Following strict ethical and clinical guidelines
- Practice a patient-first mentality
- Coordinate the therapeutic milieu between Clinical and Psychiatric providers
- Conduct Biopsychosocial Assessments
Candidate Profile
- A master's degree and valid clinical license to practice in New Jersey
- Insurance-eligible through CMS and CBT trained and fluent
- Strong communication, patient/customer care, and leadership abilities
- Ability to stay organized, multi-task, and time-manage
- Operate autonomously and with other team members
- Collaborate with referral providers and personnel
- Desire to work with diverse populations
Preferred Requirements
- Bilingual Spanish
- American Sign Language (ASL)
- LGBTQ ally
Position Type & Schedule
- Type: Regular Full-time -4 days, 10 hour shift
- Hours: Monday- Friday, 8:00 am ET - 8:00 pm ET; variable
- Location Type: Hybrid (two days remote, two days in office, located in New Brunswick, NJ)
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $75,000-$95,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), FTO, paid parental leave, and company holidays to name a few. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
